Asma Naz

Asma Naz is an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Planning Engineer at TIM Aerospace in Dubai. She works in line maintenance — going out to aircraft at the gate between flights, inspecting systems, finding faults, and making sure every plane is safe before it carries its next passengers. She has worked on the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 MAX at some of the busiest airports in the region, including Dubai International Airport, and gained her early training with Kuwait Airways. She is currently studying towards her BSc in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and working towards her EASA Part 66 B2
license — one of the most respected certifications in the aviation world. Asma built her career from the ground up in a field where women are still rarely seen. She started with nothing but passion and determination, moved countries, and walked onto airport ramps where she was often the only woman in sight. She never let that stop her. Today she is not just an engineer — she is a voice for change, showing the world that aviation belongs to every woman brave enough to reach for it.
