Alshaima Alshayeb is the Corporate Environment & Sustainability Manager at Matarat Holding, with over 10 years of experience spanning aviation, infrastructure, engineering, and sustainable development. She holds a Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and a Professional Certificate Program in Sustainability from MIT. Alshaima is the Founder and Chairwoman of the Saudi Women Engineers Society and Founder and Board Member of the Green Building Chapter at the Saudi Umran Society. Her work focuses on advancing environmental performance, sustainable aviation, and the transition toward a more resilient and low-carbon airport ecosystem.
