A strategist with over 20 years of experience across Saudi and international companies, startups, and conglomerates. As an executive, she led numerous transformations in finance, technology, EdTech, and government.
Her government work includes leading and supporting the development of national strategies and policies. She also designed and managed key government programs for MHRSD, HRDF, MoF, Entertainment Authority and MCIT. She also served on national committees chaired by Ministers and as an advisor to the Minister of Municipality and Housing.
In the financial sector, she was an HP Consultant on the SADAD (Saudi Payment System) Infrastructure team. And she was Head of Transformation and Change at AlAwal Bank, leading transformations in retail, corporate, investment, and treasury transformations and was on the projects investment committee.
